Biography

Richard has been part of the Xyce team since 2004 to the present working on device physics, output and measurement functions and high-performance computing and customer support. Recent work has focused on electro-magnetic coupling to electrical circuits resulting in Defense Program Excellence Awards in 2020 and 2023.

Education

Richard received his PhD from Stanford University in 1996 and a Master’s in 1993 in Chemical Engineering. My undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering was from the University of Illinois in 1991. My thesis work involved computational modeling of micron-scale suspensions under confinement.
